I Miei Meravigliosi Anni ’80 TOUR
Ancient Theatre, Wednesday 12th August 2026 @9:00pm
Gaetano “Nino” D’Angelo (born 1957) was born to a poor family in San Pietro a Patierno, a suburb of Naples, and dropped out of school, taking jobs like ice cream vendor and wedding singer.
He is now a musical icon of the 80s and ambassador of Neapolitan culture in the world.
Singer-songwriter, theatre and film actor, record and theatre producer, Nino D’Angelo is a multifaceted artist who has won the hearts of several generations with songs that have become true anthems. Among his most famous hits are “A’ Discoteca”, a symbol of Italian discos in the 80s, “Popcorn e Patatine”, the soundtrack of the film of the same name that tells of a carefree love, and “Maledetto Treno”, a song with intense and moving lyrics. “Napoli” is a must, recently adopted as the official anthem of the Neapolitan football team.
Don’t miss the appointment with the legend of Neapolitan song.
