On the ground floor a large hall with vaulted ceilings leads to a seventeenth-century Sicilian balcony literally overlooking a dream-like sea view; on the same floor there is a beautiful dining room with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, a laundry room and a small storage area.
