Leading fashion designers meets up in Taormina, an event that closes the Italian Fashion Calendar. Beautiful models will walk the catwalk in the stunning frame of the Ancient Theatre of Taormina.

The program will be revealed soon! What is sure is that the gran galà closing ceremony wil be on Saturday 21st July at The Ancient Theatre of Taormina.

Vinicio Capossela (born 14 December 1965) is an Italian singer-songwriter. His style is strongly influenced by US singer and songwriter Tom Waits (Capossela repeatedly recorded his songs with the help of Waits’ guitarist, Marc Ribot), though it also draws from the traditions of Italian folk music (especially those of Irpinia, the part of Campania where his family moved from in the 1950s). Capossela’s lyrics are highly original and are often inspired by literary sources such as John Fante, Geoffrey Chaucer, Louis-Ferdinand Céline, Oscar Wilde, Samuel Taylor Coleridge and others.
Capossela was born in Hannover (Germany) from Italian parents, and moved very early to Campania (South Italy). He has been living in Milan since 1987.

Ron, stage name of Rosalino Cellamare (born 1953), is an Italian singer-songwriter and musician.
Born in Dorno, province of Pavia, he debuted under his true name at the 1970 edition of the Sanremo Festival, together with Nada. In the following years he distinguished as songwriter for Lucio Dalla and others. After a period as actor, he returned collaborating with Dalla and De Gregori in their Banana Republic tour of 1979, and issuing the LPs Una città per cantare (1980) and Anima (1982). These were followed by Joe Temerario (1984) and Il mondo avrà una grande anima (1988). Una città per cantare is an Italian cover of The Road, song Danny O’Keefe; Italian lyrics are written by Lucio Dalla. In 1996 he won the Sanremo festival with “Vorrei incontrarti fra cent’anni”, sung in duo with Tosca.

The Album “Lucio!” is dedicated to Lucio Dalla (1943-2012) greatly loved Italian singer and Ron’s friend.
